With our sights set on owning 3,000 homes within two years, we’re committed to changing housing investment in the UK.

We are currently seeking registration as a for-profit Registered Provider to expand our impact. By collaborating with local authorities and developers, we deliver homes that support long-term community growth and offer secure, affordable living options to individuals and families.

Affordable Rent

We are committed to providing Affordable Rent options that ensure high-quality homes are accessible to a broader spectrum of the population. Working in partnership with Local Authorities and developers, we offer housing solutions priced below market rates, providing an opportunity for individuals and families to live in well-designed, sustainable environments. This approach supports long-term community regeneration and offers security and stability to tenants.

Shared Ownership

Our Shared Ownership scheme is designed to offer a more accessible route to homeownership for those who might struggle to afford a full mortgage. By allowing individuals to purchase a share of a property and pay rent on the remaining portion, we help bridge the gap between renting and owning a home. This hybrid model empowers individuals to gradually increase their share of the property over time, enabling them to build equity while benefiting from the security and pride of homeownership.
