Working in partnership with Local Authorities and developers, we offer housing solutions priced below market rates, providing an opportunity for individuals and families to live in well-designed, sustainable environments. This approach supports long-term community regeneration and offers security and stability to tenants.
Shared Ownership
Our Shared Ownership scheme is designed to offer a more accessible route to homeownership for those who might struggle to afford a full mortgage. By allowing individuals to purchase a share of a property and pay rent on the remaining portion, we help bridge the gap between renting and owning a home. This hybrid model empowers individuals to gradually increase their share of the property over time, enabling them to build equity while benefiting from the security and pride of homeownership.
